Is there parking available?Yes but it is limited. There's driveway and curb parking. Your vehicle should NOT be left at the crashpad if you are not there. Our CrewRoomz MCO location is ideal for those without vehicles due to its close proximity to the airport. Save on Uber and Lyft rides since we're only 7 miles away from MCO!

What can I utilize in the crashpad?Just about everything! We have 2 full size fridges, washer and dryer, deep freezer, water cooler, air fryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils!

What if I change bases?We require a 2 week notice if you move out. If you relocate to another location where we have a crashpad we certainly would love to look into making the switch as easy as possible for you! No portion of the month in which you stay will be refunded.

Is there a limit on days I can stay at the pad?There is no maximum for days you can stay within the month currently as long as you are actively employed as a flight attendant or pilot and can be scheduled for trips.

How much is the deposit?There is no deposit with CrewRoomz! Beds are always on a first-to-pay, first-to-stay basis.

Is it co-ed?Yes. All rooms are designed to be co-ed. However, depending on occupants, they may or may not be.

How much are beds?Beds are $300, $350, or $400 per month currently.

Can I have company at the pad?No. For safety and security, CrewRoomz is strictly for paying aviation professionals who are approved by management. No outside guests are permitted.

How far is CrewRoomz from the airport?7 miles or about a 10-15 minute drive from MCO with traffic.

Can I receive packages?Yes! You can receive food delivery service items and necessary packages, but no personal mail. All personal mail should be sent to your permanent address and the CrewRoomz address should NOT be used as a permanent residence in any capacity.

How do I secure my bed?You can only secure your bed by paying for the month. Currently we use cashapp to accept payments. Soon there will be other payment methods available for you to choose from.

Do I need a key to get in?No key needed! Once you lock in your bed you will be given your own security code for use on the keypad that unlocks the door for you.

Do I have to take all my things with me when I leave to sit at the airport or I'm assigned an overnight?No you don't! Only take what you need and leave what you don't.
